The post-graduate certificate in Project Management provides future professionals with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on learning to manage projects across a wide variety of organizations, environments, and cultures. Recognizing the complexity of modern projects, the Project Management program grounds you in the best practices and principles to successfully realize project objectives through the development of skills and knowledge to expertly initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control projects.
You’ll learn skills that you can apply to projects in a wide range of industries, and then you’ll put your new applied learning to the test by completing a capstone project with an industry partner. Not only will your capstone project give you the opportunity to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the skills you have developed, you’ll meet key players in local organizations so that you can start building your professional network. In addition, you’ll have access to the college’s Business Analytics Centre for use with industry-based clients.
