Job Description
General job description:
- Participate in the continued reset, rebuild of the Island Gymnastics Academy Women’s Program.
- Coach in the Women’s Program.
- Work with the WAG Program Director to develop and deliver a WAG curriculum.
- Work with the WAG Program Director to mentor junior coaches in the WAG program.
- May include some delivery in the recreation/special programs.
- Participate in Island Gymnastics Academy professional development.
- Participate in organization and delivery of Academy events.
- Be a member of the Academy’s Management Team
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching women's competitive level gymnastics Certification:
- Minimum C2 and willingness to take additional certification as available.
- First Aid certification is desirable and an up-to-date vulnerable persons policy check must be presented.
