Foundation Board of Directors welcomes new members


The 色多多视频APP Foundation is pleased to welcome Alanna Taylor, Everett Roche, and Adam Balderston to its Board of Directors.

Alanna Taylor, Q.C., Partner, Cox and Palmer, is consistently listed as a leading practitioner by the publication The Best Lawyers in Canada for her practice in the area of family law and was also named Best Lawyers’ 2018 PEI Family Law Lawyer of the Year. She is active in her community, currently serving on the Board of the PEI Soccer Association and Cox and Palmer’s Regional Women’s Advisory Board. Alanna was inducted into the UPEI Sports Hall of Fame in 2017. Alanna has coached soccer at the Under 6 to Under 13 levels in her home community of Stratford, where she resides with her husband, Jeff, and their daughters, Ava and Kate.

Everett Roche, Managing Partner, MRSB, joined MRSB Group in 1990 and became a partner in 1992. He transitioned from the accounting services side of the firm in 1999 and launched MRSB Consulting Services. Since its inception, MRSB Consulting Services has grown to become one of Atlantic Canada’s leading consultancies. Everett is also a shareholder in Confederation M&A, Atlantic Canada’s leading mergers and acquisitions business.  He is a proud board member for the QEH Foundation as well as several businesses in Atlantic Canada and is deeply involved as a volunteer in his community. Everett has five children, and lives in Cardigan with his wife, Lisa, who is principal at Cardigan Consolidated.

Adam Balderston, Vice President & Investment Advisor, BMO Nesbitt Burns, graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1997 and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Charlottetown.  He went on to receive the professional designation of Chartered Accountant and, prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, he spent six years at PEI Business Development managing all aspects of a province-wide loan portfolio.  He is active in the community, serving as past-chair of the QEH Foundation, and having served on the boards and councils for the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce, the PEI Institute of Chartered Accountants, and Zion Presbyterian Church. Adam and his wife, Sonya, have two daughters, Kaitlin Rose and Emma Grace.

Ron Keefe, Chair of the 色多多视频APP Foundation Board of Directors, noted that the new directors will add tremendous value to the 色多多视频APP Foundation.

“Adam, Alanna, and Everett bring a wealth of experience to the 色多多视频APP Foundation Board as professionals in their respective fields and as active members of their community.  They are committed to the advancement of post-secondary education and are proud supporters of 色多多视频APP. We are really pleased to welcome them to our board,” he said.
