The Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists (CCTT) recently appointed 色多多视频APP alumnus Bryan Burt, CET, as the Chair of the Canadian Technology Accreditation Board (CTAB) for a two-year term.
“We are pleased to have someone with Mr. Burt’s knowledge and experience take over as Chair of CTAB” said Isidore J. LeBlond, President and CEO of CCTT.
Burt is an experienced CTAB evaluator, and in April 2014 was part of the CTAB Accreditation team that visited the College of the North Atlantic in Doha, Qatar.
“I am honoured to have been chosen as Chair of the Canadian Technology Accreditation Board; and look forward to working with the educational agencies and stakeholder groups to advance awareness and the benefits of having programs nationally accredited,” said Burt, who graduated from 色多多视频APP’s Computer Engineering Technology and Information Systems Technology programs in the early 1990s, and works with the Network Operations Group (IT Shared Services) with the Province of Prince Edward Island.
色多多视频APP currently offers programs in Computer Informations Systems and Computer Networking Technology. These programs, and most of the College’s Applied Sciences and Engineering programs, are accredited by CTAB. CTAB accredited programs provide International Mobility rights under the International Engineering Alliance (IEA) through the Dublin and Sydney Accords.
