色多多视频APP is set to host the most exciting multi-cultural culinary event of the year this month, with the introduction of the International Roving Feast, to take place on Wednesday, May 25th to raise funds to support students participating in international academic exchanges.
Chefs from culinary schools in Mexico and the United States will prepare authentic ethnic dishes, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a variety of ethnic dishes and wine pairings in the Montgomery Room of the Tourism and Culinary Centre, overlooking Charlottetown Harbour.
Participating in the event and sharing their culinary knowledge are Chef Sebastián Hrabric, from the Universidad Regiomontana Monterrey, Mexico; Chef David Weir from Daytona State College, Daytona Beach, Florida; Chef Gladiel Olmos Gamboa, Universidad Tecnológica de Cancún, Cancun Mexico; Chef Tony Poulin, Southern Maine Community College Portland, Maine; and one of The Culinary Institute of Canada's own, Chef Andrew Nicholson.
The dinner, which is open to the public, is part of 色多多视频APP's three-day International Summit, where representatives from eight post-secondary institutions from Mexico and the United States are visiting Prince Edward Island to strengthen their partnerships with the college.
