Outlaw Motorcycle Gang

  • Agency selects course/training required; should attending members meet prerequisites
  • Agency will download the QF135 Course Registration Form by clicking on the register now tab
  • Download the enrollment form and save as the following: Name of agency, name of applicant, name of course and date
  • Agency completes the Course Registration Form (with as much information as possible) and email a completed copy to the APA In-Service Mail Box found at apainservicetraining@hollandcollege.com
  • Email and attach the completed form using the same name of agency, name of applicant, name of course and date as the subject line. This will allow for quick and streamlined processing of the application
  • Agency will be provided with a follow-up email advising of the result of their attendance
  • Should a member be selected for training, the member will be provided with joining instructions to assist with their enrollment

Course Description

This tow-day course is designed to equip officers new to addressing Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs with a comprehensive background on these groups. Participants will gain the knowledge, tools, and skills nesessary to effectively apply intelligence, education, prevention, and enforcement strategies in responding to issues related to these organizations within their communities.

Course Pre-requisites

Sworn member of a law enforcement agency with a minimum of 3 years of service.

This is an Introductory Course, with preference given to officers who are new to working with or investigating outlaw motorcycle gangs.

Currently involved in investigations or intelligence gathering related to outlaw motorcycle gangs, whether in uniform or plainclothes roles.
